Cancellation & Refund Policy
We know plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, no-shows and weather-related changes are handled for activities booked with WOW Tenerife World of Water Sports.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Unsafe weather
If sea or weather conditions are unsafe, we reschedule the activity or offer a full refund.

Free cancellation
You can cancel your booking for a full refund if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity time.

Late cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity may incur a 30% cancellation fee. Special cases may be reviewed individually by the WOW Tenerife team.

No-shows
If you do not arrive for your activity and do not contact us in advance, no refund will be provided.

Weather and sea conditions
Safety always comes first. If the activity cannot operate because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, we will offer to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.

Arrive on time
Please arrive with enough time for check-in and briefing. Late arrival may be treated as a no-show if the activity has already started or the boat/team can no longer wait.

How to cancel
To cancel your booking, contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email and include your booking reference, activity name, date and full name.

Refund timing
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank or booking platform used for the transaction.
